Returns & Refunds
Because we stand behind our products, we want our customers to enjoy their products as much as we do.
If something you’ve ordered isn’t quite right, we happily offer refunds or exchange on our unique merchandise. Simply email us to notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item, ship it back to us with tags attached, and once received we will issue the refund. We cannot refund shipping fees however.
What you can’t send back:
- Items marked as ‘sale’are indeed final. No returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customization options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalized or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics

|Item arrived damaged/I received the wrong item||Aatachi will replace the damaged item with the correct item only if we get the intimation within 24hrs about the same.||STEP ONE : Notify Aatachi by completing the form below within 7 calendar days from the original ship date. A photo of the damage/defect is required.
STEP TWO: Aatachi will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print the label and attach it to your box for shipping.**Please include your packing list with your returned item**
STEP THREE: Aatachi will then send you the correct item after receiving the original one.
|Unhappy with size, design or color||Aatachi will exchange for a different item or apply a return on your item only if we have the desired options in stock.
(There is no exchange or return available on our Create Your Own products)
|STEP ONE: Notify Aatachi by completing the form below within 7 calendar days from the original ship date.
STEP TWO: Ship your item back to Aatachi using the provided mailing address when applying for your exchange or return (The mailing address is provided in the confirmation email once you have applied for an exchange or return). The customer is responsible for shipping costs to mail the item back to Aatachi.
**Please include your packing list with your returned item**
STEP THREE: Aatachi will either provide you with store credit to select a new item or refund you for the price of the product within 3 business days of receiving your returned item(s). *Please note that you will receive an email from Aatachi on the status of your return/exchange.
